| Step 1: Using the adjustable wrench, unscrew
the handle nut, located on the hot and cold side
near the spout body.
| Step 2: Remove the plug button on the top of the
| Step 3: Using the Philips screwdriver, remove
the screw that was under the plug button.
Remove the handle once unscrewed.
| Step 4: Remove the remainder of the cover/skirt
from the valve stem by pulling straight up.
| Step 5: Using the adjustable wrench, remove the
valve counter-clockwise from the stem/valve
| Step 6: Insert the new valve into the stem/valve
body, tightening it with the adjustable wrench
| Step 7: Press the cover/skirt back on over the
| Step 8: Using the Philips screwdriver, reattach
the handle on to the skirt using the Philips screw.
| Step 9: Press the plug button back into the
| Step 10: Using the adjustable wrench, tighten the
handle nut back to the body.
